    Job Title: OB/GYN Office Manager

    Location: Buckhead Atlanta

    Job Type: Full-Time

    Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and organized OBGYN Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our obstetrics and gynecology practice. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient management of office procedures, staff coordination, patient relations, and financial operations while maintaining a high standard of care and compliance with healthcare regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Office Administration:

    Manage day-to-day operations of the OBGYN office.

    Oversee scheduling of appointments and ensure optimal patient flow.

    Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

    Staff Management:

    Supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and medical assistants.

    Conduct training and performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment.

    Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage.

    Financial Oversight:

    Oversee billing and coding procedures, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of claims.

    Manage accounts receivable and payable, including patient billing inquiries.

    Develop and manage the office budget, identifying areas for cost efficiency.

    Patient Relations:

    Ensure exceptional patient experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

    Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

    Facilitate communication between patients and healthcare providers.

    Compliance and Quality Assurance:

    Ensure the office complies with all federal, state, and local regulations.

    Maintain accurate medical records and oversee the implementation of electronic health record (EHR) systems.

    Assist in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety protocols.

    Inventory Management:

    Monitor and order medical supplies and office materials as needed.

    Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred.

    Previous experience in a medical office setting, preferably in OBGYN or women's health.

    Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes.

    Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

    Proficient in office software and EHR systems, Epic.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
