    The Office Manager is the operational leader of the assigned office. This individual ensures the location remains organized, professional, fully operational, and ready to serve clients and employees each day. The ideal candidate takes ownership, solves problems quickly, provides excellent customer service, and can independently manage office operations, vendors, facilities, and administrative responsibilities. Responsibilities: Open and close the office each day. Maintain a clean, organized, and client-ready environment. Welcome clients, answer calls, and provide five-star service. Conduct GAS Calls to gather client feedback. Order supplies and maintain office inventory. Coordinate maintenance, IT support, and office vendors. Manage the property manager relationship and verify parking charges. Assist with employee onboarding, schedules, and office coverage. Support attorneys and staff with daily operational needs. Maintain required licenses, registrations, and notary certification. Reinforce company policies and report operational concerns to leadership. Qualifications: Previous experience in a law firm or professional-services environment. Experience coordinating office vendors, facilities, or maintenance services. Bilingual in English and Spanish. • What Success Looks Like Current Florida Notary Public commission. The office opens on time and remains fully operational. Clients consistently receive professional and responsive service. The office is clean, organized, and client-ready. Maintenance and vendor concerns are resolved promptly. Supplies are available without unnecessary overordering. Parking charges, licenses, and registrations are accurate and current. New employees have properly prepared workspaces. Leadership receives timely communication regarding office concerns. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly
