Position Overview

Sterling Water Culligan is currently seeking an individual experienced in customer-focused positions to act as an Office Manager. This position reports to the General Manager of the dealership and is responsible for the management of office staff and the customer experience. The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, work directly with customers, and assist with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, including any negative customer situations

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Direct and supervise daily operations for office staff

Assist General Manager with month end close process

Communicate with customers and vendors on daily administrative operations.

Maintain an organized and clean office that is welcoming for employees and customers.

Complete any other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

3-5 years of office management experience preferred.

Associate or bachelors degree in Business or a related field preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
