About the Role:
Join KW FAMILY LEGACY LLC as an Office Manager in vibrant Phoenix, AZ! This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in our operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment while supporting our mission of building lasting family legacies.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure organizational efficiency.
Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
Support financial operations, including invoicing and budgeting.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee training.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Foster a positive and productive work environment for all team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience or knowledge in AHCCCS DDD.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus.
Positive attitude and a passion for supporting team success.
Background checks will be done and considered.
