You’ll be in charge of overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring our business is running smoothly, and working as a direct liaison between agents and the broker of the office. Responsibilities: • Keep office systems running smoothly including ordering office supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the organizational budget, and scheduling meetings • Optimize office policies and procedures to meet internal needs while upholding our business standards • Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization • Lead office management including day-to-day operations, directing administrative assistants, and other secretarial duties • Agent communications- email correspondence/ blast emails, office-wide memos, text & phone correspondence, day-to-day operations, and liaison to the broker • Agent Onboarding- processing transfers, setup & training of new agents on transaction procedures & office policies • Training Schedules- scheduling, coordinating, and publishing monthly training calendars & meetings, also tracking RSVP & attendance • Social Media Posts- create posts to the company Facebook pages, run transaction reports & use Canva to create social media content • Answering Phones and Greeting Visitors- answering and directing calls to agents or taking messages for other people Qualifications: • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills • General computer skills with Microsoft Office or similar systems • 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Attention to Detail is a MUST, and the ability to multi-task/organize priorities • Friendly & upbeat, and a quick learner! • Great Communication Skills and good with follow-up • Previous real estate experience is great! • Previous social media/marketing experience is a plus! Compensation: $42,500 - $50,000 yearly
