What You'll Do

As our Office Manager/Dispatcher, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the company by:

Answering incoming sales and warranty calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians efficiently.

Prioritizing calls and coordinating daily schedules.

Communicating job details, updates, and customer requests to field technicians.

Monitoring technician routes and productivity throughout the day.

Maintaining accurate customer information and job records within Housecall Pro.

Providing outstanding customer service while resolving scheduling and service concerns.

Assisting with general office administration and supporting daily operations.

What We're Looking For

Organized and detail-oriented

Able to multitask in a fast-paced office

A strong communicator with excellent phone etiquette

Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated

Comfortable learning new technology and software

Able to work independently while being a team player

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of dispatching experience (Required)

Experience with Housecall Pro or similar dispatch/CRM software preferred

Strong computer and data entry skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to think critically and solve problems quickly

Valid driver's license required

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
