We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-loving Office Manager / Executive Assistant to support our CEO and help keep our business operations running smoothly. You’ll be the CEO’s right hand — managing calendars, taking care of the busy Galveston Real Estate Office, assisting with events, running errands, and supporting the team to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Responsibilities: • Manage the CEO’s calendar and protect their time • Track action items and follow up with team members • Coordinate travel, meetings, and event planning • Handle personal and business errands • Support office repairs, vendor coordination, and organization • Collaborate with the marketing team on schedules and content • Coordinate with Virtual Assistants and assist the sales team • Plan company trainings and award ceremonies • Create and maintain SOPs and efficient workflows • Foster a productive and positive team culture Qualifications: • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Strong communicator (verbal and written) • Tech-savvy (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) • Proactive and dependable • Coachable, with a growth mindset • Thrives in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 yearly
