    About the Role

    The Office Manager plays a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll support our team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining organization, and assisting with internal and external communication. Your ability to multitask, stay organized, and bring a positive attitude will make you a key player in our success.

    Your Responsibilities

    Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.

    Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring smooth daily operations.

    Assist with scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry to support company needs.

    Coordinate meetings, appointments, and job assignments with the team.

    Support managers and technicians by preparing job-related paperwork and reports.

    Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expenses, and administrative tasks.
