Location: Parker, CO Compensation: $50,000/year + quarterly performance bonuses Schedule: Full-time, traditional business hours (some remote flexibility)

We’re a fast-paced local office of an international franchise, and we’re looking for an Office Manager who thrives on keeping people, projects, and schedules moving.

Key Responsibilities
Schedule work and coordinate daily with the Craftsmen team
Keep Craftsmen schedules up to date and fully booked
Order and confirm materials for jobs
Check on job progress throughout the day to keep projects on track
Conduct quality control follow-ups after work is completed
Follow up on estimates and ensure customer communication is timely
Collect deposits and confirm billing accuracy
Handle potential conflicts professionally and resolve them quickly
Ensure smooth communication between the office, customers, and field team
