    We are seeking an experienced Office Manager for our Home Health Care agency. The ideal candidate will be flexible, highly organized, and possess strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires the ability to adapt to changing needs while supporting both administrative and care teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee the daily operations of the agency/office to ensure a smooth, efficient, and productive work environment.

    Manage staff schedules and ensure all client needs are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

    Maintain accurate records and administrative activities.

    Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, and complaints, fostering strong relationships with clients and caregivers.

    Handle hiring support, staff conflict resolution.

    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HIPAA, billing.

    Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment and support a positive and organized office culture.

    Be able to do Admin on call

    Skills and Qualifications:

    Experience: Previous experience in healthcare office management role is required.

    Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize duties, and maintain accurate, detailed records.

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, caregivers, staff, and external partners.

    Problem-Solving: Capable of managing and resolving operational issues, staff concerns, and client complaints quickly and professionally.

    Knowledge of Home Care Regulations: Familiarity with industry standards including HIPAA, payroll, billing procedures, and state and federal home health regulations.

    Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with office software, scheduling systems, and electronic health records (EHRs).

    Take initiative and able to multitask efficently.
