Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and administrative tasks to ensure efficiency.

Manage scheduling and coordination of patient appointments and staff assignments.

Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for the agency.

Support HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.

Facilitate communication between healthcare providers, patients, and families.

Implement office policies and procedures to enhance workflow and productivity.

Handle billing and insurance claims processing accurately and timely.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and home health agency operations.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in office software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
