    Complete Home Specialists is a fast-growing home services company providing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services throughout the Lehigh Valley. We are known for quality work, strong customer service, and a professional team environment. We’re seeking a dependable Office Administrator to support daily operations and customer communication.

    Job Responsibilities

    Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally

    Schedule and coordinate HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service appointments

    Communicate with technicians and management throughout the day

    Maintain customer records, invoices, and service documentation

    Assist with billing, payments, and basic administrative tasks

    Manage emails, texts, and online inquiries

    Support social media activity and basic online engagement (posting, messaging, reviews)

    Maintain organized digital and physical office files

    Perform general office and clerical support duties

    Qualifications

    Previous office or administrative experience (home services preferred)

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

    Quick books knowledge is preferred

    Strong computer skills; especially excel, fluent with email, scheduling software, and office systems

    Comfortable using social media platforms and online communication tools

    Excellent customer service and communication skills

    Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
