    Job Title: Office Assistant (Home Care Agency)

    Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM No weekends required

    Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and reliable Office Assistant to support daily operations in our home care agency. The ideal candidate is organized, willing to learn, and has experience in home care and/or office administration.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist with daily office tasks and administrative duties

    Answer phones and communicate with clients and caregivers

    Help with scheduling and coordination of services

    Maintain accurate records and documentation

    Support team with general office operations

    Requirements:

    Must pass a background check

    Must complete a urine drug screening

    Must complete a competency evaluation

    Strong reliability and dependability

    Willingness to learn and grow within the company

    Previous home care and/or office experience preferred

    Preferred Qualities:

    Good communication skills

    Organized and detail-oriented

    Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
