Compensation & Benefits • Salary: $75,000–$80,000 depending on experience • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Professional development opportunities • Long-term growth potential Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure the business runs efficiently and smoothly • Improve systems, procedures, and organizational processes • Coordinate calendars, meetings, communication, and team scheduling • Track deadlines, projects, and priorities to ensure timely execution and accountability • Assist with bookkeeping, expense tracking, invoicing, payroll coordination, and reporting • Maintain accurate records, databases, contracts, and operational documentation • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal team communication • Proactively identify operational issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and client experience Qualifications: • 2+ years of office management, operations, or administrative leadership experience • Real estate industry experience required • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software • Financially organized with strong attention to detail • Resourceful problem-solver with a proactive mindset • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Compensation: $75,000-$80,000
