Kim IP Law Group LLC is actively seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support its growing intellectual property law practice in Voorhees, New Jersey.
This role is a key leadership position within the firm, responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative and operational functions. The Office Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, improving scalability, enhancing financial performance, and ensuring organizational alignment with the firm’s strategic vision.
We’re looking for someone who can bring structure, efficiency, and forward-thinking systems to a fast-paced legal environment—someone who understands how to support attorneys, elevate client service, and contribute to long-term firm growth.
Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily office operations and administrative functions • Implement and optimize processes to improve efficiency and scalability • Support financial management, budgeting, and performance tracking • Manage and enhance law firm systems, technology, and workflows • Ensure high standards of client service and internal coordination • Collaborate with firm leadership on strategic initiatives • Supervise and support administrative staff
Qualifications • Prior experience in a law firm environment required (IP law strongly preferred) • Experience as an IP or Patent Paralegal highly preferred • Strong command of law firm technology, software, and systems • Proven leadership and team management experience • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive execution
