Position Overview:
A fast-growing, multi-departmental company is seeking a hands-on, systems-minded, and people-savvy Operations & Office Manager to lead all front-end operations and support the next phase of company growth.
This role is central to organizational success — responsible for overseeing a team across estimating, customer service, purchasing, and administrative functions. You will serve as the key bridge between leadership and front-line staff, turning high-level strategy into day-to-day action with clarity, structure, and accountability.
The ideal candidate is organized, tech-forward, and people-first, with excellent follow-through, a sharp eye for inefficiencies, and a drive to build systems that scale.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the daily operations of the office, ensuring execution of all core functions across multiple departments
Directly supervise and support front-end staff, including customer service, estimating, purchasing, and administrative personnel
Act as the primary liaison between ownership/executive leadership and office staff, translating goals into task-level execution
Identify inefficiencies and implement systems or tools (ERP, task/project management) to increase clarity, speed, and cross-team accountability
Improve and oversee processes to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and internal requests
Collaborate with operations leadership to maintain alignment between departments
Handle onboarding, documentation, and HR-related workflows with professionalism and care
Lead communication rhythms, task tracking, and schedule coordination for the office team

Qualifications:
f experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership (fast-paced environments preferred)
Experience managing multi-function teams and overseeing cross-departmental coordination
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with project/task management tools or ERP systems
Demonstrated success turning executive direction into clear team deliverables
High emotional intelligence and the ability to foster a culture of accountability and care
