    $150,000 – $200,000 + bonuses

    Overview

    A growing facility management organization is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee the back-end operations of the business. This role ensures internal teams across finance, payroll, HR, billing, collections, AR/AP, and administrative functions operate efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with company standards.

    Responsibilities

    Operations & People Oversight
    • Oversee in-house teams across finance, payroll, HR, billing, collections, AR/AP, and administration

    • Ensure attendance, professionalism, and performance standards are met

    Finance, Payroll & Compliance
    • Provide oversight of billing, collections, AR/AP, and payroll processes

    • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance

    HR & Employee Lifecycle
    • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation

    Systems & Process Management
    • Ensure systems supporting accounting, payroll, HR, and operations are used consistently

    • Identify gaps and drive process improvements

    Execution & Leadership
    • Enforce procedures, track deliverables, and ensure follow-through

    • Serve as the primary operational point of coordination between teams and leadership

    Ideal Candidate

    • 5+ years of experience managing an in-office team

    • Proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations and hold teams accountable

    • Strong understanding of finance workflows, payroll, HR processes, and internal systems

    • Comfortable enforcing standards, addressing issues, and driving execution

    • Organized, decisive, and trusted to keep operations running smoothly
