Overview
A growing facility management organization is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to oversee the back-end operations of the business. This role ensures internal teams across finance, payroll, HR, billing, collections, AR/AP, and administrative functions operate efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with company standards.
Responsibilities
Operations & People OversightOversee in-house teams across finance, payroll, HR, billing, collections, AR/AP, and administration
Ensure attendance, professionalism, and performance standards are met
Provide oversight of billing, collections, AR/AP, and payroll processes
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Ensure systems supporting accounting, payroll, HR, and operations are used consistently
Identify gaps and drive process improvements
Enforce procedures, track deliverables, and ensure follow-through
Serve as the primary operational point of coordination between teams and leadership
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience managing an in-office team
Proven ability to oversee day-to-day operations and hold teams accountable
Strong understanding of finance workflows, payroll, HR processes, and internal systems
Comfortable enforcing standards, addressing issues, and driving execution
Organized, decisive, and trusted to keep operations running smoothly
