    4Ever Young Gilbert is hiring a high-energy Center Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our high-touch aesthetics and wellness clinic. We are a rapidly growing practice offering injectables, esthetics, hormone therapy, peptides, and weight management.

    The Center Manager will run the floor — owning the team, the patient experience, the revenue plan, and the systems that make all of it work. This is a true leadership role with real authority and clear ownership and direct impact on our profitability.

    Key Responsibilities

    Leadership & Team Performance

    Own the Floor: Lead, schedule, coach, and retain a high-performing team of providers (PAs, NPs, Aestheticians, RNs, MAs) and front desk staff.

    Drive Accountability: Run daily huddles, weekly team meetings, and one-on-ones to provide relentless feedback and keep everyone aligned to sales messaging.

    Admin & Compliance: Enforce brand standards, manage bi-weekly payroll/commissions, and ensure bulletproof HIPAA compliance and charting.

    Operational Excellence

    Optimize the Engine: Maximize the weekly patient schedule for peak provider efficiency and smooth patient flow.

    Lead from the Front: Act as the lead presence at the front desk, obsessed with delivering a "world-class" customer experience.

    System Mastery: Serve as the center expert for our EMR (Zenoti), tracking metrics and relaying accurate sales data to ownership.

    Inventory & Logistics: Manage vendor relationships, track product inventory, place supply orders, and conduct tight regular audits.

    Sales & Brand Growth

    Execute Campaigns: Coordinate marketing, social media, paid ads, referral programs, and in-center member events.

    Be the Face of the Brand: Proactively drive local business partnerships, attend events, and hunt for growth opportunities.

    Hit the Numbers: Implement pricing strategies, smash weekly sales/appointment goals, and fire up the team to hit targets.

    What We Are Looking For

    Experience: 3+ years of management experience in a med spa, plastic surgery, dermatology, dental clinic, or high-end hospitality/specialty retail.

    Data-Driven: Financially fluent. Comfortable reading a P&L, tracking weekly revenue, and calibrating staffing to demand.

    Player-Coach Mindset: You hold standards, run a tight room, lean into hard conversations, and dive deep into the details when needed.

    Customer-Obsessed: A deep, unshakeable belief that patients are the heart of the business.

    Tech Savvy: High comfort with EMR/scheduling systems (Zenoti experience is a massive plus).

    Elite Communicator: Sharp written and verbal skills, seamlessly moving between ownership, medical providers, and patients.
