The Office Manager's responsibility is to provide clerical and administrative support to the operations and finance departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and emails during business hours.
Provide client service via phone and email as needed.
Schedule upcoming jobs for various departments.
Prepare paperwork for upcoming jobs.
Assist with coordinating travel for overnight jobs.
Assist with employee scheduling as needed.
Collect and remit job paperwork to finance department for billing.
Maintain inventory of supplies and uniforms.
Direct office activities to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Screen resumes for new hires and complete new hire paperwork.
Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
Other duties as assigned.
All areas of customer service.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Administration experience required.
Scheduling experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Highly self-motivated.
Strong work ethic.
Must be proficient in English.
Prior experience with HubSpot or similar CRM software preferred.
Working Conditions:
Will be required to work in an office located inside a warehouse. Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Physical Requirements:
Standing, kneeling, crouching, walking, and lifting of objects up to 20 pounds. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working at a computer.
