Job Description

We are hiring a Full-time Office Manager in Kimberly, Idaho, for those passionate about service and improving the quality of life in the communities we serve. This role is your opportunity to be the face of our organization and deliver the magical patient experience we are committed to offering.

• Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer phones
• Electronic scheduling
• Referral Management
• Authorization oversight
• Data entry
• Maintain patient charts and electronic medical records
• Collect, post, and deposit patient payments
• Fax, file, and perform any other duties as assigned
• Compile and complete statistical reports

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED - Associates preferred
• Two years experience in office administrative support
• Strong computer skills specifically in Excel and Word
• Must have high attention to detail, be able to multi-task effectively, and have strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Bilingual - Spanish or Portuguese a plus!
