    Minnesota School of Music is one of the North Metro’s leading music schools for kids and teens, serving families since 2013 through structured, engaging private music lessons and inspiring performance experiences.

    We are seeking a high-capacity Office Manager who can lead customer experience, drive sales, solve problems quickly, and help oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing organization.

    This is not a passive administrative role.

    We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, can confidently handle difficult situations, and understands how to guide families toward enrollment with professionalism and warmth.

    The right candidate is organized, emotionally intelligent, sales-oriented, and capable of keeping many moving parts running smoothly at once.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    Sales & Enrollment

    Responding to new leads quickly

    Conducting phone consultations with prospective families

    Recommending lesson programs and helping families enroll

    Following up with leads consistently

    Helping achieve monthly enrollment goals

    Customer Service

    Creating a welcoming experience for students and parents

    Handling parent concerns and scheduling conflicts professionally

    Managing sensitive or high-pressure conversations calmly

    Maintaining strong communication with families

    Operations

    Overseeing daily front-office operations

    Coordinating schedules and studio logistics

    Supporting teachers and ensuring operational consistency

    Managing CRM systems, email communication, and administrative workflows

    Helping leadership improve systems and efficiency

    Compensation & Benefits

    $50,000 annual salary

    Profit sharing eligibility after 6 months
