    Office Manager Job Description

    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of our office. The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining office procedures, and providing direct support to the agency principal and sales team. This role is critical in maintaining a productive and professional work environment.

    Responsibilities

    Oversee daily office operations, including greeting customers, answering phones, and directing phone calls.

    Manage office supply inventory, track and maintain technology inventory.

    Process and track incoming documents, check and sort mail, make photocopies, distribute and file to appropriate places.

    Coordinate internal communication, organize company events and meetings, attend community events as needed.

    Maintain social media presence by posting once per week, capture content as needed, present sponsorship opportunities and increase brand recognition in the community.

    Provide administrative support to all departments as needed.

    Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.

    Qualifications

    Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

    Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

    Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and agency management software.

    Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    Strong organizational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.

    A valid Property & Casualty or Life & Health insurance license is a plus.

    $25.00-$32.00/Hour
