    Nelson Builders, a family-owned residential remodeling company, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to support daily operations and help deliver high-quality projects. This role is key to keeping our team organized, our projects on track, and clients well cared for. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and invoicing • Maintain QuickBooks and track job costs • Coordinate client communication, scheduling, and project details • Support employee relations, benefits, and paperwork • Organize office operations, supplies, and assist with company events Qualifications: • 5+ years in a similar role • QuickBooks proficiency required • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $27 - $30 hourly
