Our client, an established and thriving financial firm, is looking for an organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations in their NYC headquarters.
Qualified candidates will be 3+ years of experience in corporate office management, ideally within the financial services space.
Please note that this office is full time in office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and facilities for the NYC office.
- Oversee the office expansion project.
- Manage the reception area, inclusive of greeting high profile investors, as needed.
- Coordinate office logistics and administrative support.
- Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and general office tasks.
- Oversee vendor management and ordering of office supplies.
- Support executive teams and staff with administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of office management in finance.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
