Cyclemax is a locally owned company founded in 1974. We sell Motorcycles, ATVs, Side by Sides, Dirt Bikes, Mowers, and Boats. We also sell parts and offer maintenance and repair services. Our E-Commerce team specializes in shipping parts to customers through our websites and our Amazon and eBay stores. We are continuing to grow our E-Commerce team to meet the demands of our online customers.

The duties for this position shall include but not be limited to:
Management, Team Development, and Assistance with Human Resources Processes
Assisting in the recruiting and hiring processes
Assisting in the orientation of new employees
Assisting in managing personnel files
Manages the departments scheduling and controls payroll expenses
Acts as a liaison between office staff and upper management
Consistently provides coaching and works on team development
Ensures goals are met and all members of the team are the right people in the right position.
Follows corrective action and termination processes as needed
Product Research, Development, Inventory Control, and Pricing
Directs research on the market and our competition
Directs the research of potential new products to add to our catalog
Directs the development of new product listings
Directs the teams efforts relating to various areas of inventory control
Provides pricing guidelines and manages the execution of price updates
Directs marketing efforts and conducts detailed market analysis
Customer Service
Ensures that all customer communications are handled by the team according to our processes
Phone calls
Messages through marketplaces
Emails
Web leads
Collaboration with Warehouse Team
Develops a healthy working relationship and open lines of communication with the Warehouse Manager
Ensures that all actions taken by the office team do not negatively impact the operations of the warehouse
Directs the production planning process for bulk Fulfilled by Amazon shipments
Directs the creation of a preseason production plan to prepare for the demand spike that our industry sees each spring
Assists with warehouse inventory location management
