Job Description
You will be the go-to person who keeps our Home Office running smoothly and feeling welcoming every day. In this role, you will own the day-to-day operations of our 100 Church Street office, ensuring staff and guests have a seamless, positive experience. You will work closely with teams across the organization, responding to needs in real time, communicating clearly, and keeping the physical space organized and fully functional. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in strong execution, and can manage responsibilities independently.

Compensation:
The full compensation range for this role is $27.79 to $32.69 per hour. Typically, new hires who fully meet all qualifications listed in the job description will start at $28 per hour. Starting compensation below this reflects candidates with less experience or qualifications. Offers near the top end of the range are reserved for candidates who significantly exceed the qualifications, bringing extensive experience and specialized expertise beyond what is listed. Compensation determinations consider relevant professional experience and tenure with Uncommon Schools. Additionally, because we value internal growth and tenure, current staff members are not subject to salary caps within this range.
