Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include working with our team of technicians, answering phones, scheduling service calls, maintenance's and estimates, generating invoices weekly, day to day office tasks and maintaining office equipment. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to multitask, work with urgency and the ability to implement systems and procedures when needed.
Responsibilities
Maintain team calendar of appointments and meetings
Design the office layout with efficiency and organization in mind
Collaborate with human resources to create, update, and maintain office procedures
Maintain office equipment in good working order with the assistance of the IT department
Invoicing
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, college degree preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
Understanding of office equipment, familiar with systems, and procedures
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Postive attitude with strong leadership skills
Familiar with Housecall Pro and Podium
