    We’re looking for a reliable and organized Office Manager (Part-Time) to help keep our small office running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants flexible hours and a friendly work environment — perfect for young professionals or anyone looking for a part-time role that’s easy to manage!

    Start Date: July 7, 2025 Monday ,Wednesday,Friday 8am-12pm

    What you’ll do:

    Help with basic office tasks: scheduling, billing(QUICKBOOKS), payroll (ADP), and filing paperwork

    Assist with client intake and make sure documentation is complete

    Coordinate caregiver schedules and support our care team

    Keep records organized and help with simple reporting

    Order office supplies and assist with light tech needs (we’ll show you how!)

    Be a friendly point of contact for clients, families, and staff

    What we’re looking for:

    At least 3 year of office or admin experience (healthcare/home care is a plus, but not required)

    CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification is a plus

    Comfortable with computers — email, Word, spreadsheets, etc. (we’ll train you on our systems)

    Good communication and people skills

    Organized, dependable, and ready to pitch in where needed
