At Physical Achievement Center, we don’t just provide physical therapy, we help people reclaim their independence and confidence. We are looking for an Office Manager who wants their work to truly matter.
As the Office Manager, you will be the operational leader of the clinic and a key support to both patients and providers.
You will oversee front office operations, coordinate daily workflows, and ensure every patient interaction reflects the high standard of care Physical Achievement Center is known for. You’ll work closely with clinic leadership and therapists to create an organized, efficient, and welcoming environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leadership, problem-solving, and being the central point of coordination in a busy, people-focused healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities include:
Managing front desk and administrative operations
Overseeing scheduling, insurance processes, and patient communication
Supporting staff coordination, onboarding, and daily clinic flow
Participate in marketing initiatives, including in-clinic events and materials, off-site events, and local partnerships
Implementing systems to improve efficiency and patient experience
Serving as a leader and problem-solver for the clinic team
What we’re looking for:
Experience in office management, healthcare administration, or leadership (medical or PT setting preferred but not required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional, patient-first mindset
Ability to lead with accountability, empathy, and consistency

Compensation: $50,000–$55,000 annually (salaried; full-time)
