    We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Office Coordinator to support our daily operations and help keep everything running smoothly.

    Position Overview

    The Office Coordinator is a key part of our team, responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating technician schedules, and maintaining accurate account information.

    This is a fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and a genuine desire to help people.

    Responsibilities

    Customer Communication

    Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner

    Respond to customer texts and emails promptly

    Schedule services, reschedules, and follow-ups

    Assist customers with questions or concerns

    Scheduling & Operations

    Build and adjust daily technician schedules

    Coordinate same-day changes and updates

    Communicate with technicians throughout the day

    Help maintain efficient and balanced routes

    Customer Account Management

    Update customer profiles and service notes

    Process payments and assist with billing inquiries

    Maintain accurate records across systems

    Accounts Receivable Support

    Follow up on past-due accounts with professionalism

    Send payment reminders and assist with resolving balances

    Document communication and update account notes

    Marketing Support

    Assist with basic social media posting

    Help gather customer reviews and testimonials

    Office Support

    Maintain an organized and professional office environment

    Assist with general administrative tasks as needed

    What We’re Looking For

    Skills & Qualities

    Strong communication skills (phone, text, and email)

    Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

    Comfortable handling customer questions related to billing

    Positive, professional, and team-oriented

    Preferred Experience (Not Required)

    Customer service or administrative experience

    Scheduling, dispatch, or coordination experience

    Experience with CRM or service-based software

    Compensation & Benefits

    $24/hour starting pay

    Pay review after 90 days based on performance
