We’re currently seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations, support our agents and staff, and help drive continued growth. Why Join Us? • Friendly, experienced team with a strong local reputation • Opportunity to grow with a high-volume, respected real estate brand • Supportive, family-oriented culture • Leadership that values initiative, integrity, and innovation Responsibilities: • Lead day-to-day office and operations management • Maintain and update SOPs, files, and agent/admin compliance • Schedule and report on budget/financials (monthly, quarterly, yearly) • Prepare detailed Excel reports monthly and weekly as needed by ownership • Onboard and train new team members on tools, systems, and processes • Oversee vendor relationships and contracts • Troubleshoot all tech issues • Maintain backend contract and production tracking system • Assist with staff transitions and HR documentation • Propose and implement productivity & system improvements • Offer proactive, high-level support to ownership to help drive team success and operational effectiveness Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of real estate industry experience a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Reporting), Experience with QuickBooks, CRMs, and all administrative tools • Technologically savvy a must • A leader who is proactive, organizational, dependable, and solutions-driven • Team player, team-oriented • Someone who aligns with our team’s high-integrity and growth oriented cultureMust be willing to work from our office. Not a virtual position Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000+ Pay commensurate with experience & skill level
