This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our physical office and plays a critical role in supporting the Leadership Team and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for both in-office and remote employees. The Office Manager serves as the operational anchor of the home office, maintaining structure, efficiency, and organization as RedefinED continues to expand. This position reports to the Leadership Team and works closely with internal operations and administrative partners. This is an in-office role designed for a professional who thrives on ownership, organization, and supporting a mission-driven team. Responsibilities: Office Operations and Facilities Management • Manage day-to-day operations of the office • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment • Stand up and greet all guests with a friendly, professional demeanor upon arrival • Open, oversee, and secure the office during business hours • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory • Coordinate mail, deliveries, and visitor access • Serve as the primary point of contact with building management and vendors • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and office-related services Administrative and Leadership Support • Provide administrative and operational support to the Leadership Team • Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and office logistics • Maintain organized digital and physical records • Support onboarding logistics for new hires, including office access and equipment setup • Assist primarily remote teams with administrative needs. • Make travel arrangements and think through travel plans for team members, including air, hotel, car, etc. Operational Excellence • Track office-related expenses and submit for approval • Follow established processes, office procedures, and documentation standards • Support the development and maintenance of the office • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, organization, and office systems Professional Representation • Serve as the primary in-office representative of RedefinED • Interact with staff, vendors, and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner • Uphold company values, confidentiality, and operational standards Qualifications: • 2 to 5+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or operations • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize tasks, and take ownership of responsibilities • Professional presence and comfort interacting with leadership, staff, and visitors • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools • Alignment with RedefinED’s mission to expand educational access and opportunity Preferred Experience • Supporting leadership or executive teams • Vendor coordination or facilities management • Interest in growing into a broader operations or administrative role ***** Opportunity for role growth as organizational needs expand** Compensation: $40,000 - $42,000 plus bonus
