About the Role: Join Bray & Scarff as an Office Manager in our Repair Department, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the Repair Department, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

Manage scheduling and dispatching of repair technicians to optimize workflow.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, customer interactions, and inventory management.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely payment on repair claims.

Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.

Assist in training and onboarding new staff members to foster a collaborative environment.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.

Generate reports on department performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience in office management or a similar role, preferably in the repair or service industry.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and team members.

Proficiency in office software and repair management systems.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

High school diploma required; additional qualifications in business administration are a plus.
