Office Manager (Seasonal Part-Time - April-November) Location: 2 Sand Cut Road Unit 4 Brookfield, CT Schedule: Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday 9am-2pm, Sunday 9am-Noon
Job Summary
New England Bounce About is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels in administrative tasks. The Office Manager will be responsible for sales calls, scheduling deliveries, and general office work while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries
Coordinate and schedule deliveries efficiently
Organize and optimize the office layout for functionality and productivity
Ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained and stocked
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
Familiarity with office equipment, systems, and procedures
