What You’ll Do
Answer inbound job leads and educate customers on our services
Manage schedules and coordinate material orders for multiple craftsmen
Use ServiceTitan software to keep jobs running smoothly
Build and maintain relationships with commercial clients, ensuring their projects are:
Completed on time
Professional in appearance for their customers
Hassle-free so they never worry about contractors in their space
Provide logistical support and assist with weekly accounting tasks
Follow up with past customers to build long-term loyalty
What We Offer
Competitive pay: $40,000–$65,000/year

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of administrative/scheduling experience
Strong customer service and multitasking skills
Comfortable with sales and customer education
Tech-friendly; QuickBooks knowledge a plus
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
Customer-facing and relationship-building experience, especially with commercial clients, a strong plus
