Seeds of Faith, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to provide operational and fundraising support. This role is essential to maintaining internal systems, coordinating workflow, and ensuring smooth execution of programs and development efforts.
Responsibilities
Operational Support:
Maintain master organizational calendar
Track deadlines across departments
Coordinate internal communication
Organize and maintain digital file systems
Support payroll and HR documentation processes
Manage vendor communication and scheduling
Fundraising & Development Support:
Maintain donor database and records
Process and track donations accurately
Prepare donor acknowledgment letters
Assist with logistics for fundraising events
Support grant documentation and reporting (as directed)
Marketing Coordination Support:
Maintain marketing calendar
Coordinate deliverables between leadership and Brand Lead
Schedule social media posts (if applicable)
