    Office Manager for multi franchises.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Individual. Person will have experience in bookkeeping and oversee our procurement process and ensure the efficient acquisition of goods and services.

    Job Description:

    Manage checking and credit card end of month reconciliations

    If needed, assist with Payroll

    Collect all receipts and Invoices for purchases on credit cards.

    Manage the entire purchasing process, including sourcing, negotiating prices, and vendor management.

    Collaborate with various departments to forecast inventory needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.

    Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

    Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and inventory levels.

    Assist with preparing, organizing, and submitting permits.

    Track permit progress and follow up on outstanding items as needed.

    Qualifications

    Proven 2-3 years experience with Quickbooks online.

    Proven experience with Bank & Credit CardReconciliation.

    Excellent communication and attention to detail is essential for this role.

    Familiarity with public accounting practices is advantageous but not mandatory.

    Strong understanding of supply chain management .

    Strong vendor management capabilities to foster positive relationships with vendors.
