We are a growing company operating in both the moving & storage industry and insurance services, and we are looking for a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and assist customers
Schedule moving jobs and insurance appointments
Manage customer records and data entry
Assist with billing, invoicing, and collections
Support marketing efforts (email, text campaigns)
Keep office operations organized and efficient
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using computers and software systems
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Experience with QuickBooks or customer service is a plus

Qualifications
High school diploma/GED required, some college preferred
Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
Understanding of office equipment, systems, and procedures
Will train the right person
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook, Quickbooks
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
