    We are a growing real estate team in Knoxville looking for an experienced Office Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and operational consistency to a fast-moving environment. This is a leadership role for someone who understands that details matter, systems matter, and execution matters. The Office Manager will oversee the daily administrative and operational functions of the team. Your focus will be on ensuring that systems are organized, deadlines are met, and the entire office operates with professionalism and precision. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000 • Performance-based bonus potential • Paid time off • Long-term growth opportunity within a scaling team Responsibilities: Operations & Process Management • Oversee transaction coordination from contract to closing • Maintain organized workflows for listings, buyers, and marketing timelines • Improve and document internal procedures • Monitor CRM accuracy and reporting • Track team goals, production numbers, and operational metrics Financial Coordination • Manage accounts payable and expense tracking • Coordinate payroll and commission processing • Support budgeting and financial organization • Identify areas for improved efficiency and cost control Team Support & Leadership • Supervise administrative staff and virtual support • Assist with onboarding and training processes • Maintain vendor partnerships • Promote a positive, accountable office culture Strategic Support • Partner closely with ownership on growth initiatives • Provide operational insight and recommendations • Help create scalable systems to support expansion Qualifications: • 3+ years of office management, operations, or business administration experience • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Strong written and verbal communication • Detail-driven and highly organized • Comfortable holding others accountable • Calm and solutions-oriented • Proactive rather than reactive • Motivated by building efficient systems • Financial coordination or bookkeeping experience preferred • Ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced setting • Real estate industry experience strongly preferred • Real estate license a plus, not required Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 yearly
