Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Manage scheduling and coordination of appointments for pest control services.

Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability for staff.

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service to clients.

Assist with bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.

Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees.

Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.

Collaborate with management to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

High school diploma; additional qualifications in business administration are a plus.
