The Office Manager provides critical administrative and organizational support to employees in family and matrimonial law practice areas. The daily duties consist of office management tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the legal office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of calendaring, managing, and growing processes. Family Law experience is A+. Must be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Office Management Duties: • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and software. • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical obligations, including confidentiality and document retention policies. • Ensure the office area is maintained and clean. Work in conjunction with the facilities and vendor operations manager when applicable. • Act as a liaison for any office-related technological issues. Qualifications: • Proven experience as an office manager, preferably in family and matrimonial law. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and legal case management software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. • Understanding of office management systems and procedures. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism. • Possess a driver's license in good standing. Compensation: $45,000 - $55,000
