REQUIREMENTS
We Are Looking for Candidates Who:
Have strong leadership skills and experience supporting, collaborating or managing a team
Excel in customer service and know how to handle escalations with professionalism
Are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once
Communicate clearly and effectively across office and field teams
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-location environment
Can manage scheduling, billing, and operational workflows with accuracy
Are dependable, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
Have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus)
Have experience working with service technicians, drivers, or field teams (preferred)
Have 5+ years of customer service or office experience
Have 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
High school diploma or equivalent; business administration experience preferred
SCHEDULE
8-hour shift
Monday–Friday schedule
In-person role (weekly time required in both Chantilly & Winchester locations)
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (A Day in the Life)
In this key role, you will oversee office operations and support both customer experience and field team execution by:
Managing and coordinating service, delivery, and installation schedules
Handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service
Supporting sales efforts through scheduling, coordination, and administrative support
Overseeing billing, reporting, and general office financial processes
Managing collections and account follow-up activities
Training, supporting, and guiding office staff
Partnering with service technicians and drivers to ensure smooth daily operations
Monitoring inventory, reporting needs, and coordinating with operations
Ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures
Participating in training and development to support continued growth
