Tim Duncan Real Estate is seeking an Office Manager to act as the operational backbone of the business. In this role, you will ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so agents can stay focused on revenue-generating activities and building client relationships. You will oversee day-to-day operations, manage systems and workflows, and create a seamless, organized experience for both clients and team members. This role is ideal for someone who may not come from real estate but has a proven track record of building, improving, and maintaining systems within a fast-paced office environment. You bring a strong sense of urgency, thrive on structure, and naturally hold yourself accountable to high standards. You take pride in delivering exceptional service and keeping everything on track. Over time, this position will expand into greater leadership responsibility, playing a key role in driving team performance, ensuring operational consistency, and supporting the long-term scalability of the business. Compensation • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 • Stipend Benefits • Bonus opportunities • Paid time off Responsibilities: • Act as the operational partner to ownership, driving execution, efficiency, and business priorities • Oversee CRM, database health, and lead management processes • Manage team communications, calendars, and key meetings • Streamline agent workflows so agents stay focused on clients and production • Ensure a five-star client experience from first contact through closing • Oversee day-to-day business operations and financial tracking (expenses, budgets) • Coordinate marketing operations, including listings and brand consistency • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and accountability systems as the team grows • Continuously build and improve systems, SOPs, and checklists to support scalability Qualifications: • Extremely organized and detailed • Comfortable and quick to learn new systems and tools • Thrives in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities • Self-directed with a strong ownership and problem-solving mindset • Clear, confident communicator across all personality types • High professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality • Service-driven with a true “can and will do” mindset • Willing to obtain a real estate license upon hire (reimbursement available) Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000
