Office Manager
Location: Reston, VA; Full-time, hybrid
Salary: $90,000 – $110,000

As an Office Manager, you will partner directly with our firm’s leaders to create and execute management strategies, coordinate and implement special projects, support our team’s advisors and operations staff, and supervise daily office operations and business strategies alike. The ideal candidate will bring to the team a mixture of wealth management industry experience, project management savviness, executive presence, stellar written and verbal communication skills, and a track record of successful operational or administrative support to financial advisors.

Qualifications for this opportunity include:
5+ years of experience in the wealth management industry in a high-level administrative support function or operations
Experience in supporting financial advisors directly, especially in the context of practice management or project management
Bachelor’s degree
FINRA Licenses or other relevant designations a plus but not required
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills: the ability to speak directly, clearly, and concisely both in-person and in emails
Outstanding interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
A strong understanding of holistic financial planning and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients about industry fundamentals
Excellent technical and technological aptitude
Meticulous attention to detail
Strong experience in relevant technologies such as Microsoft Office suite, CRM’s, calendar management, and other communication tools
