You’ll keep your location polished and professional, make it a welcoming and productive place for agents to work, help host events and trainings, and provide responsive office and administrative support. Open and close the office and ensure it is ready for the day Check mail and deliver to mail slots Answer phones and route calls with professionalism Keep the office polished, organized, and representative of the Twin Oaks brand • Agent Support Maintain common areas, coordinate routine office needs, and replenish supplies Assist with printer, tech, and account questions Moderate Slack and ensure smooth communication Manage open house sign inventory and distribution Help with onboarding and offboarding tasks Process checks as they come in and notify agents • Training & Event Support Provide dependable office and administrative support to agents and staff Welcome agents and guests at trainings, meetings, and office events Help set up guest speakers, meeting spaces, technology, and workshop recordings Prepare and reset the office before and after trainings and events Help host events, coordinate food and supplies, and encourage agent participation • Bonus Skills Contribute to fun, engaging company culture An interest in social media and content creation is a plus! Qualifications: Previous experience in office management, administration, hospitality, or customer service Polished, professional, and approachable communication style Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proactive and dependable with a “can-do” attitude Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar); CRM experience is a plus Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
