Join a growing, family-owned jewelry brand! Skydell Design is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Office Manager / Web Administrator to manage office operations, handle website updates, support bookkeeping, process orders, and assist with creative marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
Maintain and update online product listings and website content
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling bank statements and maintaining records
Process, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service and communication
Support marketing initiatives and help with social media or digital content updates
Run occasional local errands as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or Computer Science a plus)
Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills
Experience with bookkeeping or QuickBooks preferred
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, or similar) is a plus
Reliable, detail-focused, and proactive
Valid driver’s license required
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
Compensation:
$40,000–$45,000 per year, depending on experience
