Office Manager – Wellness Brand (Coral Gables)
Miami Alkaline Water is growing, and we’re looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Office Manager to join our Coral Gables team!

What You’ll Do
Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
Assist with administrative tasks (filing, invoicing, emails, copies)
Communicate with clients and team members
Schedule and coordinate daily deliveries
Handle light errands (bank, post office, etc.)
Keep our wellness product displays neat and attractive
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable speaking with customers and working with a small team
Bilingual English/Spanish required
A polished, neat appearance
Interest in health/wellness is a plus
Prior retail or front-desk experience is helpful (not required!)
Hours & Pay
Mon–Fri: 9am–6pm
Saturday: 10am–2pm
No holidays
$17/hour + bonuses
