    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support key business functions. This role requires a strong background in accounts payable, eCommerce claims management, and general office administration. The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms such as Wayfair, Walmart, and Amazon, and will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations, coordinating shipping claims, and supporting financial accuracy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Office Administration:

    Manage all aspects of day-to-day office operations.

    Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.

    Coordinate and plan company events, team meetings, and employee appreciation activities.

    Serve as the main point of contact for facility-related needs and vendors.

    Accounts Payable:

    Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.

    Reconcile accounts and manage payment records.

    Assist with month-end closing and provide support to the accounting team as needed.

    Shipping & eCommerce Claims:

    File and manage shipping claims with carriers for lost or damaged goods.

    Handle chargebacks and reimbursement claims through eCommerce platforms including Amazon, Wayfair, and Walmart.

    Track the status of claims and ensure resolution and follow-up with appropriate internal teams.

    eCommerce Platform Support:

    Maintain a working knowledge of Amazon, Wayfair, and Walmart seller portals.

    Collaborate with customer service and fulfillment teams to resolve order discrepancies and platform-related issues.

    Assist in data entry, tracking, and reporting on platform claims and returns.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role

    Hands-on experience managing shipping and eCommerce claims (Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart preferred).

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

    Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Experience in a retail, distribution, or eCommerce business environment.

    Basic understanding of logistics and fulfillment processes.

    Minimum 2-3 years of accounts payable experience.
