Responsibilities: • Supervise and support 17 staff, including property managers, administrative assistants, and front desk personnel. • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to ensure a well-equipped and organized workspace. • Coordinate and schedule staff meetings, appointments, and office events. • Conduct employee performance evaluations and annual reviews. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred. • Minimum 3 years managing a large group of employees in an office environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of industry software is a plus. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. Compensation: $65,000+
