    Window Genie is Seeking an Administrative Assistant /CSR

    Candidate Must Possess:

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns

    Basic computer and typing skills

    Ability to multitask and stay organized

    Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

    Job Description:

    Coordinate daily scheduling for a fleet of 5 trucks. Assigning work to appropriate trucks based on geographic locations.

    Ability to create and follow through with leads from inception to completion.

    Answer incoming calls, and emails.

    Calling current customers to schedule services.

    Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
